| Midcentury-modern houses don't need to have landscaping that is stuck in the 50's. They look their grooviest with plantings and hardscape that compliment the large scale, and long, sweeping lines and sharp angles typical of this era . We designed large concrete pads leading to the house for an entrance that was suited to the large, linear scale, and surrounded them with drought-tolerant mass plantings punctuated by architectural plants and sculptural trees to provide privacy but still give appropriate definition to the house. |
